Synopsis

The heroine is a teenager (Tamaki) who revisits a small village she remembers from her childhood and finds herself caught up in her family's history and the supernatural dangers that surround it. While walking along the hills waiting for the person his grandmother sent to pick Tamaki up from the village, Tamaki comes across a small, round, white object that has sticks for limbs and can talk. He flees shortly after, with Tamaki pursuing him. Soon, Tamaki finds himself in a place where "it doesn't feel like the world I come from." She is attacked by three slimy creatures, and a mysterious man comes charging in to save her by clamping his hands around her body and mouth then telling her to shut up. After the young man (Takuma) saves her, he accompanies her to the village where her grandmother is staying.
