Synopsis

A terrorist organization called Hex threatens the peace and prosperity of the world. If their demands are not met or stopped, their Shockwave devices will be armed and ready to operate. As soon as they detonate, they will reduce the world to chaos. The result will be massive floods, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
Who will stop them then? You, as the leader of the StrikePoint team. Take to the skies and launch an aerial assault on Hex. Your only mission will be to destroy them and stop their evil plans. You have a heavy weight on your shoulders, better not let the world down.
In StrikePoint, you will pilot one of three different helicopters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Where one sacrifices agility for shields and firepower, the other is stealthy and fast with little weaponry. The last one is a middle class helicopter, balanced in each category.
Played from multiple 3D perspectives (first person, third person), there are a multitude of missions to complete. For the most part, your objective will be to destroy any enemy resistance. Sometimes your target will be a specific building or a search and rescue mission (intercepted allied intelligence). Your mission will not be easy because you will encounter considerable resistance. Enemies come from both the sky and the ground and you will have to deal with them accordingly.
StrikePoint also offers a 2-player mode where you and your friend can play cooperatively against the computer or face off in a duel.
