Synopsis

Become a pioneer and make the famous crossing of America! Travel with other pioneers along the Oregon Trail, meeting settlers, crossing rivers, hunting, and facing various difficulties. Manage your supplies, or your journey could end prematurely! *The Oregon Trail* is a remake inspired by the educational game of the same name. While the original game offered a realistic simulation of the trials and difficulties of the journey to teach children the realities of the journey, the Gameloft version takes a more "video game" approach with a simplified interface and a variety of mini-games, such as panning for gold, fishing or a "whack-a-mole" telegraph mini-game. At certain points during the journey, American political figures interact with you and may challenge you to a race to a specific location. Educational trivia also appears during loading screens.
