Synopsis

Tokyo Wakusei Planetokio is a surreal action adventure game set in floating cities created by anti-gravity and in which Osamu Sato provides the CG characters and settings.
The game takes place in the near future in the city of Tokyo when the city is attacked by alien invaders who have a personal shield that allows them to receive no harm.
The story begins when Iken (a food delivery boy who works at a ramen restaurant) talks with Dr. Hokin in his basement laboratory (which can be accessed through the restaurant's refrigerator). The Doctor shows him his new invention, a gun that shoots energy balls. Soon, his boss asks him to deliver a meal, and as soon as he arrives at the delivery point, a man bumps into him and steals the delivery. The game then begins.
