Synopsis

U.P.P. is a 2D graphic puzzle game which offers 2 different confrontation modes: against another human player and against the computer (which has 3 different game modes: tournament, individual combat and team combat). The player can choose from 8 different characters (4 men and 4 women).
The game also includes a comprehensive manual that explains the rules of the game (in Japanese but using the game's graphics to explain the moves) and also features character profiles.
The gameplay is similar to Tetris. The player must place three or more pieces of the same color horizontally or diagonally and you can also make chains if two or more are made with the same move. There is a gauge with three cells that you complete when you feel the bar make combinations or chains if one is ranked you can do a weak attack, if you complete two you can do a normal attack and if you complete all three you can do the more powerful and special attack.
