Synopsis

Once in the Shōwa period, the late Japanese army intended to approach Henry Pu-yi, the last emperor of the Ching dynasty, in its efforts to gain advantages. However, they were defeated by the Imperial Guards who used the martial art called Hakkyoku-ken. During World War II, the Japanese military studied the mysteries of Hakkyoku-ken to create supersoldiers, developing the ultimate martial art.

About half a century has passed since then, the ultimate global fighting tournament is about to begin and all kinds of fighters from around the world are competing to determine the world's best. Behind the Tournament, however, there is a plot engineered by a sinister syndicate.
