Synopsis

The fourth Onechanbara game, Zombie Hunters 2 is an improved version of The Oneechanbara 2 just as Zombie Hunters was an improved version of Zombie Zone. Zombie Hunters 2 continues the series' style of play in line with Capcom's Devil May Cry or Koei's Dynasty Warriors. This time, Aya is joined by her sister, Saki, and the mysterious Reiko as they must find the cause of a second zombie outbreak. Retaining the "Cool Combo" system and Rage and Blood gauges found in the first game, The Oneechanbara 2 added character-specific moves, such as Aya's knife throws, as well as smarter enemies and new ways to defeat enemies. It also introduced a system allowing the player to select two characters and switch between them at any time.

Besides the story mode, the game also featured survival arena mode and quests. All of these features have been slightly improved, with all the story levels being different, the survival arena being unique, and the quest much more varied.
