Synopsis

In G.O.D. Pure - Growth or devolution: the player controls a young child who begins his journey one day by going to his grandmother's house on a bicycle. During his journey, he will face an incredible adventure and will find 4 other characters who will help him in his quest against the aliens.

The game is the remake of G.O.D: Mezameyo to Yobu Koe ga Kikoe for the SNES console. The game starts with a boy who loves baseball and wears a red cap called Gen (default), who is bullied and the like, just like any other kid. One day, however, he goes up a mountain and accidentally sees something he shouldn't have seen. Soon after, the country is ravaged by aliens and you are knocked out. Sounds a bit like Earthbound? Well, that's not the case. You wake up later to find that you have become a man. You've been sleeping for 10 years and it's 2009.

You are one of the few with the unique ability to tap into chakra gates and powers of the mind (much like PSI), and you will be entangled with the army known as the Bless (see the pun?) who are trying to stop the evil aliens and mutated creatures. You need to find other people who have a spiritual connection with you and increase the number of Blessings. Explore the world with Gen, Hieth, Mina, Ai and Bajile discovering not only things unknown in the mortal world, but also unknowns within yourself.

The Playstation version featured new arranged music and new video sequences.
